Salty Breeze Villa

The impressive property Salty Breeze is in the resort of Ligia on the edge of the sea. A superb location right on the sea should be enticing enough but combined with a well appointed interior, you have the perfect ingredients for a memorable holiday.

You may feel the Salty Breeze from every single bedroom while feeling almost being on a boat. Salty Breeze villa is a two-bedroom villa which has a big size private swimming pool 11.00m x 5.00m, garden with outdoor furnishing, bar, barbeque facilities and big windows.

From the sitting room, there is direct access to garden to the front overlooking the sea opposite. If you are holidaying as a large group of friends or perhaps planning a trip with extended family, it is not always easy finding accommodation that is big enough to stay all together.

The whole property when booked together can accommodate 10 people and all can stay together and enjoy the facilities of the Salty Breeze villa.

You can swim right opposite, although, the coastline at the front is stony or off various points all along this coast and you will not have to walk far to discover a deserted small pebble and shingle beach.

Some of you will however prefer to relax around the swimming pool alongside, which is for the exclusive use of our guests. A barbecue is provided next to the swimming pool along with wooden outdoor furnishing and a bar with stools for private use.

A five-minute walk along the coastal path will bring you to a working fishing harbor and on its fringes there are three to four tavernas, one renowned for fish. A three-minute walk along a path brings you to the main road where there are a few more tavernas and two to three minimarkets.

This area is still relatively non commercialized and yet both Lefkas town approximately five kilometetres to the north and the resorts to the south are easily accessible by regular public bus service.
